Introduction
We will meet with you at the location and review the property to be liquidated. There is no charge for the consulation. We will provide an honest and thorough proposal based on property condition, location, and market value. Your expectations are a very important part of this proposal.

One of the first recommendations before we meet with you, Don't throw it away! You would be surprised to know there are items which you may consider trash that will bring cash.

Our regular commission rate is 35% of gross sales. This figure is subject to negotiation based on size of sale and extent of cleanup/trash removal. Upon agreement a signed contract between parties will be completed.

Organization and Advertising
The property will be organized and priced for a professional sale. Advertisement of the sale includes using Facebook, Estatesales.net, email lists and other liquidation websites.

Day of Sale
We will post professional signage at street intersections on each day of sale and remove them end of day. Sales are normally conducted over three days, Thursday to Saturday. We have a team of sales personnel to assist customers and also cover all areas of property to protect from theft during sale. Each day standard price reductions will be made. The goal is to provide the best monetary outcome to you and a clean property.
5
Completion of Sale
After the sale we will discuss final cleanup and distribution of remaining items according to your preference.
6
Check Proceeds
We will present you with a check for your net proceeds within 7 days of end of sale along with copies of sales receipts.
